The Steelers Legends will be posted on the website (subject to change).
We will have scheduled events throughout the cruise where you can interact and meet the Legends. Undoubtedly, you will see the Legends on and off the ship throughout the day. We ask you to respect them and allow them their privacy.
Due to the limited amount of time scheduled for each autograph session we only permit one (1) item to be signed per Legend. Part of your Steelers Fan Cruise Experience will include a gift bag with an 8×11 Legend bio to be signed by the Legend during your cruise. Fans may bring one item to be signed in replacement of the 8×11 bio if they choose. Only 1 item can be signed by the Legends. No exceptions will be made.
We will schedule autograph sessions where you will have time to take pictures with the Legends. However, we ask that guests respect the privacy of Legends when not participating in scheduled Steelers Fan Cruise activities.
Approximately 60-90 days before departure of the Steelers Fan Cruise, all guests will receive access to the fan cruise event app which will provide information pertaining to the fan cruise event schedule. Once onboard, a detailed agenda/itinerary will also be provided.

Our Steelers Fan Cruise is a specially contracted group with Norwegian Cruise Line. When booking your Steelers Fan Cruise reservation you will receive a unique reservation number specific to the Steelers Fan Cruise Event. Your Norwegian Cruise Line confirmation number will not be available until 60-90 days prior to departure of your Steelers Fan Cruise. Due to this, if you call into Norwegian Cruise Line reservations with your Steelers Fan Cruise Event reservation number it will not show in the Norwegian Cruise Line system until 60-90 days prior to departure. Please call us directly at 561.444.0061 with all questions, concerns, and reservation needs.
All guests will receive their cruise line confirmation number via email approximately 60-90 days before departure. Instructions on how to access your Booking through Norwegian Cruise Line will be provided so that all guests can complete their Norwegian Cruise Line online check in which is required by the cruise line.
This event is an enhanced experience onboard a Norwegian Cruise ship. According to our Guideline and Pricing Contract with Norwegian Cruise Line, all guests are required to pay the same rate for participation, regardless of age.
Norwegian Cruise Line requires infants be six (6) month of age or older on the day of boarding to sail on a Norwegian) cruise. Norwegian Cruise Line’s policy also dictates that a minor or young adult under the age of 21 must be accompanied in the same stateroom (or a connecting/adjoining stateroom) by a guest 21 years of age or older at the time of boarding.
A valid passport (not expiring within 6 months of return) is highly recommended for ALL guests, regardless of age. A certified Birth Certificate (raised embossed seal) and a govenment issued picture ID is accepted, certain restrictions apply. *Note: Passport cards, Real IDs, or any other form of documentation other than what is listed above may not be used. When traveling with children other than your own, you must present a notarized letter signed by the child’s parents granting guardianship and permission for their child to travel out of the country with you. The same applies if you share custody of the child/children – the parent, not traveling, must provide a notarized letter granting permission for the traveling parent to take the child/children out of the country. We will coordinate special theme nights, and details for attire will be communicated to the guests. No shorts or bathing suits are permitted in the dining room after 5 pm.

For guests who cannot walk on their own, a wheelchair, scooter or walker may be the primary mobility assistance aid for getting on and off the ship. Norwegian Cruise Line has a limited supply of wheelchairs onboard. In order to accommodate our guests, Norwegian Cruise Line wheelchairs are reserved exclusively for embarkation and disembarkation situations. If you will require regular use of a wheelchair, we strongly recommend that you bring your own wheelchair with you or make rental arrangements with Scootaround. The limited supply of wheelchairs onboard is available for emergency rental arrangements and is on a first come first serve basis. Yes, each ship has a fully licensed doctor and nurses onboard. In addition, the onboard medical facilities are staffed and have equipment established by the American College of Emergency Physicians Cruise Ship & Maritime Medicine Section.
Services received from the medical team will incur charges to your shipboard account. They do not accept medical insurance onboard as payment; however, you should file a claim with the travel protection insurance carrier.
